what is the transportation GST rate when seller gives transportation services to buyer by his own vehicle 5%or 18% ?

If the seller charge transportation / freight charges in separately then no need collect GST Tax. Bcoz, It's fully exempted except GTA.
If the seller charge the transportation / freight in his Invoice which is his principal supplies with then he will charge GST as per his invoice GST rate which is highest in that invoice...

its composite supply so rate will that of principal supply goods rate read sec. 2(30), 2(90), 8 of cgst
whether seller would be gta if he provided transportation services in a separate invoice
a manufacturer can be a gta when he makes sales his product and collect transportation charges
