transportation charges in gst
when a seller offering transportation to buyer and he charge for this my question is now whether he will come under the GTA or not if yes then tax rate if no then tax rate

As per Decisions taken on Services at 20th GST Council Meeting on 5 August, 2017. GTA forward charge is 12% with full ITC or 5% with no ITC. However the GTA has to give an option at the beginning of Financial year.
