Taxable value Rs. 100+ Rs. 5 VAT +Rs. 10 Transportation cost=115
then what will be journal entry ????
whether transporation cost will be credited ????

If transportation Incime is put under misc income
it depends if total of the income (transportation Income) during the year becomes significant part of your revenue it is to be shown separate other wise you may show in Misc. Income
