we purchased interstate and intrastate product is dry fruits so transport charges how will apply under gst minimum lr charges 150 to 850ru

As of now no RCM Account it as direct expenses
RCM is deferred on 9(4) inward supply from URD , & GTA is cover under 9(3)
RCM not applicable from GTA if
Single builty is upto 750/- no RCM & upto 1500/- composit builty (means in one builty more then one consignment )
Else
RCM is mandatory
