in july gstr 3b i showed my reverse charge 5% on transport invoice.
i paid the amount.
now my question is when can i claim back that 5%
what is the procedure??

@ Mohammad Saghir.,
(u mean next gstr3b??) it's not under GSTR 3B. Bcoz, Already you take the credit in July GSTR 3B. In case any doubt check your GSTR 3B return....
After you file GSTR 1 2 and 3 then you can see the RCM related entries....

You can get it in GSTR 1 2 and 3 fillings...
