i've one car & i've done a contract
with a company to drive my car for comapny @ 50k per month thus my gross income is 12 lacks p.a. company make me payment after deducting 5%Gst & I've no any GSTN
plz advise that whether company's act is correct or not.

Company can give your full Bill value without GST deductions. You are URD then they ll be give your bill value then pay tax under RCM basis for the full values....
But, not deductible your bill amount....

If ur contract is running from Pre GST period and that was inclusive of all taxes.In that case the company may takr stand not to bear additional liability rather to deduct from ur bill and pay GST under RCM.
