GST have to be charged only if the stock transfers are interstate. No GST is to be charged for stock transfers within same state

sorry i wrongly interpreate the distinct person definition, after long discussions with experts this should be follow
1. if more than one place of busines including godown in one state , take one signal registration, show one main head office & other all the places as additional places & and t/f the stock without paying GST among them only, but in this case also e-way bill or deliveryy challan has to be generated.
2. if in one state , more than one reg is there, then charge gst on stock t/f
3. if in more than one state ,business verticles are there, its mandatory to take reg, gst chargeability is compulsory to t/f credit .

GST rate for transporation of goods by road will be 5%, without input tax credit.
