A director of a private company died , What is the procedure t transfer his shares to legal heir as per Company Act, 2013

Please find below my views with respect to your query
It is called as Transmission of shares.
you have write a letter to Company Secretary & Copy to RTA of the company for Transmission
and please note that, following documents to be submitted along with letter.
- Copy of the death certificate
- Succession Certificate.
- Original share certificate.
- No objection Certificate.
