sec 140(7) of CGST Act. why can't an ISD distribute the input tax credit in respect of input GOODS recieved by it prior to appointed day i.e. 01/07/2017 while the ITC on services received earlier can be availed by it..... i am unable
get the logic here.... help me.

ISD stands for Input Service Distributor. Then, how can an ISD distribute credit of input goods.
