where no input tax of service tax used against gst liability in transitional period , whether now we can used it or not . please suggest

Business type?

GST input can be taken in Trans 1/2/3 if you are having stock.

Otherwise Nil.
And if you have carried forward the same, you can adjust against the output liability.
