being trader have closing stock purchased under CST , when selling from July GST charged is 28% then allowed to take 60% on the 28% ( ie RS 16.80 ) wil be my input credit is it true

1) No credit of CST will be allowed

2) Your opinion is wrong .

3) if you dont have excise duty paid document in respect of your purchase then Credit of excise Duty will be allowed .

(if CGST rate is 9 % or more then 60% of  9%) or ( if CGST rate is less then 9% then 40% of 9%)

Not clear how you interpret ,

i never mentioned asking for credit of CST paid , but my purchases is under interstate ie 2%CST.

what i opioned must be tallying with your comment , is it correct
