Transhipment in case of deemed export

all such transhipment under ARE-1/2/3 should be intimated to Range officer of factory of origin in writing, and a certificate should be obtained from him certifying that transhipment is notifified to him., the copy of which is to be produced at destination point, otherwise the receiving end will decline to endorse the ARE-1/2/3 as the vehicle identification is mismatched.
