pls tell me the % of Net profits to b transfered in relation to the % of dividend declared.

(a)Transfer 2.5% of the PAT to Reserves if the rate of dividend proposed is more than 10% but less than 12.5% .
(b) Transfe r 5% of PAT if the rate of dividend proposed is more than 12.5% but less than 15 %
(c) Transfer 7.5% of PAT , if the rate of dividend proposed is more than 15% but less than 20%
(d) Traansfer 10% of PAT if the rate of dividend proposed is more than 20%.
