Transfer Rules Applicable to Big 4?

I wanted to know whether Institute would not allow transfer even if a student wants to get transferred to a Big 4 firm ? The institute should understand that such an opportunity can really boost the students career and would be so good for the student, so should allow the transfer ... Will the institute allow ?
