Can any one provide me with the guidlines for calculating Arms lenght price under transfer pricng for infrastructure company.For eg deciding the value of subcontracting to the Associted Enterprises. On what basis shall the subcontracting price be decided.(agreement value)
Thanx for the reply Sir, My query is for deciding the Agreement value what will be the base price as per Arms length Price. How shall i know the effective market value for the same agreement?.
