15 June 2013This is in regards with the newly introduced Specifed Domestic Transactions Provisions under Transfer Princing Chapter.
I wanted to know whether there are any certifying agencies other than independent chartered accountants who certify the transactions specified under SDT, supposedly managerial remuneration to directors.
A reply at the earliest is requested and would be honoured.

Only a practising CA is entitled to certify the relevant form for TP. For international TP it is Form 3CEB. Has any Form been specified for reporting of domestic TP.
