Hey guys, seniors and CAs...
I would just like to know if Transfer of Articles, other than by way of shifting or place of residence or Other Reason.. Just Casually since I would prefer a better firm now after PCC... Since i heard vaguely that one transfer is allowed now after all the ammendments in it happened...
Early response is awaited...
And please substantiate it with a proof, as in a Notification number by the Institute or so.,..

dear..mihir....just face the realty.....
and realty is that......even aapke pass..aagar institute ka approval letter ho to bhi aap kuch nahi kar sakte.....jab tak..chartered form sign na kare...
and....ha institute thoda lenient ho gaya hai..........transfer ke case mein.....but..its just a risk..pehle four months waste honge aapke...in the process of... transfer..and after that......aagar by chance..transfre form reject ho gaya...to fir aapko aapne previous chartered ke pass hi jana padega..training ke liye..and fir aapko pata hai..ki uska kya behavious hoga....
