I want to transfer shares of a Pvt Ltd Company. What is the procedure? And what is the stamp duty to be paid, if any? FYI, the Auth Capital of the concerned company is 10 lacs and pd up capital is 913000.

Since the 'Expert' page that you've shown is >2 years old, just want to confirm a few points:
1) Is the Stamp Duty still 0.25% of the Share Capital?
2) Can the entire share capital be transferred or is there a limit/restriction?
