Dear Alok,

Form FCGPR is required to be filed by company for allot ment of shares. In this case Form FC-TRS is required for transfer of shares.

Onus of for filing of form FCTRS is on resident. In the process authorised dealer is required to submit the form to RBI.

Contact any authorised dealer he will support you to carry out documentation and transaction.

Dear Jaideep

thanks a ton for your reply, but sir we need to file FCTRS in case transferor is resident and tranferee is NRI.

but what to do in case both transferor and tranferee are NRI

kindly correct me if i am worng

Dear Sir,

I think it is not necessary to file any documents for transfer from NRI to NRI because there is no inflow to the country.
