transfer of share
If article of association do not provide to transfer share .Can share be transferred?

Usually private Company restricts the transfer of shares. But if there is restriction in Articles of Association, the articles shall be amended first
There is restriction on transfer of shares in case of private limited company.If AOA is silent on. transfer of shares company cannot transfer the shares articles of company needs to be amended to provide for transfer of shares.
