Transfer of physical shares of a pvt company

we are in a procedure of transfer of shares from existing shareholder to another. just want to ask that, where should I go to pay the stamp duty & affix stamping/franking on share transfer form SH-4 in Mumbai ? pls help

Just affix share transfer stamp of the amount which was mentioned the deed
