AND
Also updated new address in PAN via modification form by paying charges. Received new PAN card.
WHAT is the procedure to change JURISDICTION?

File a Online Grievance application for Change of Jurisdiction. It will be process in approx 1-2 Months.
I also filed same application 2-3 months ago. After processing of application Jurisdiction is changed

After Login at www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in, click on Submit Grievance under E-Nivaran Tab. After That selection in Point Resolution Sought From : Assessing Officer, Grievance Category : PAN related application, Grievance Sub Category : PAN Migration /PAN Transfer.
