in this case you are transfer the goods under Job work challan, this goods return back with in 180days. in the condition of Finished or semifinished or as such .

If you have to Trf the Input / Capt Goods to another plant then you have to send this material on Invoice with Excise duty, and another plant will take cenvat credit of this material
