09 December 2010Is there any limitations/procedure prescribed in companies act, regarding directors/members transfer there assets to a company ? please explian and quote any sections for reference and also pls tell me the tax implications

Check whether it comes under related party transaction. Read AS -18 and section 297 to 300.
