My articleship is about to complete on 18th Jan 2010. Now my Principal has started harassing me by taking the advantage of restriction on the transfer of articles. Its really becoming worse. He is not considering the excess hrs i worked. I have not been paid stiphend during my leave period.
Hence now i want to take the transfer from the firm. Is it possible now as i heard that the inst. is allowing one transfer ?
Can I complain on my principal on the basis of non payment of stiphend during leave period ?
Pls help me. I'm really frustrated and upset by the behaviour of my Principal.
