Transfer of Articleship

hi, I cleared IPCC on MAY 2010. I joined a firm for artcleship around one and a half months ago. Now i wanna take a transfer from this firm.Please say  wot are the procedures for the same? Is Submission of Form109 is sufficient (Since transfer is unrestricted for first one year) or should i take permission from the institute before getting consent from the principal??
