I am student of Ca Final W.e.f 30 April 2013,with my articleship registered in India.I got married and now plan to move to USA with my husband who works in Sacramento,CA.Now, I want to get a transfer in California,USA Firm.Please, explain the proccedure of getting transfer and any complications in the process?

Although as per the regulations, you can take transfer, but first of all, you need to find a practicing CA in California, which is very very difficult according to me
as per the ICAI notification, you have to to get the consent of the Institute before getting Form 109 signed by the Principal.
