I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER WE CAN TRANSFER IN 1ST YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP OR NOT

i hav a genuine reason bcoz my parents job is changed & that makes me more than 50 km far from my office which is difficult for me so i am applying for transfer but someone told me we cannot take transfer in ist & last year of articleship
