I am currently in dehradun and i have completed around 1 year of my training. It is certain that my father, who is in Govt. service, will get transferred in a month to some other city. My whole family would be shifted there and hence i need to take transfer from my current employer. Can you please tell me the procedures to be followed while taking transfer i.e right from filling of the forms to sending them to ICAI?

i just need this information urgently so can you please furnish me with the details..

After transfer of your parents file an application to the institute with transfer order. If they feels that it is Actual then they will allow the transfer. Form 103 will be filled only after prior approval of institute.

firstly , you have to take permission from institute with write a letter in institute regarding your difficulties in continuing of articleship then you can take transfer on the ground of transfer of perent but this distance should not within 50 K.M and also refer the announcement on 1.7.08 for transfer.
