of course you can take transfer but u must have a GENUINE reason.

DEAR M GNG TO SUBMIT FORM 109 BEFORE 1-5-09. BUT IS DERE NY PROBLEM IN SUBMITTIN FORM NO 103 AFTER 1-5-09?

DAT MEANS FORM NO 103 CAN BE SUBMITTED NY TIME WITH A BACK DATE. DIS RULE IS FOR FORM NO 109. ?

u have to only submit 109 before 30 th april.........

According to new rules, u can take transfer anytime(except first 6 months & last 12 months) but u must have a GENUINE reason.

HEY SWAPNIL DIS MEANS FORM NO 103 CAN BE SUBMITTED NYTIME . BUT LAST DATE FOR TERMINATION IS 30-4-09?

PRIMA FACIE YES...THEY HAVE SAID TRANSFER FORMS UPTO 30 TH APRIL... NO MENTION OF 103...SO 103 acc to old rules

NO, YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT THE FORM- 109 DEFINITELY ON OR BEFORE 30-4-2009. YOU CAN SUBMIT FORM 103 ON ANY SUBSEQUENT DATE, PREFERABLY WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF TERMINATION MENTIONED IN YOUR FORM-109. REFER THE STUDENT GUIDE PROVIDED TO PCC STUDENTS.
