Transfer during second year of articleship

Firstly, 
After 1 year of articleship it is mandatory for student to take prior approval from ICAI with valid evidence of transfer, 
and iit hardly takes time, a month may be or less than that. 

Secondly according to you , you don't have valid evidence. what i feel is why don't you give them your residential address of your new place(location) and stating that in applicationthat i have moved from mumbai to this this city and this is my new location which is covered under your regulations ( moving to another place 50km range distant). 
so,attach any legal rental/sale/electricity paper and write an aplication and send to ICAI BKC WIRC. 

Thirdly, Your attemppt will not get delayed, don't worry. 

Last but not the least, Secondment is not an easy job, very rare circumstances are there that your principal might give you this secondment. if you can get secondment well and good for you, it will solve your purpose. 

PS: i also took transfer from mumbai in 2nd year of articleship and came to Delhi. that's what i did.( now i have finished my training)

I came across this post and had a question.

Do we have to get our form 109 signed after completion of secondment in 2nd year? coz if we dont it means we will still be registered under the original principal
