Transfer documents in 3rd year

Hi,

I'm in 3rd year of my articleship. My family is shifting to another state, i want to take transfer on this ground. Can anyone please tell me what documents would i need to produce to ICAI. My father was engaged in self business so i can't give his appointment letter or anything.

Please tell me about other required documents and if rent agreement is enough to take transfer on this ground??
