transfer details

As per the newsletter of the ICAI September 2009 there was a message from the president stating....

"To improve the quality of articleship training by bringing in consistency and to overcome wrong practices by some of the students, the institute has restricted transfers from march 27, 2009. However considering the hardships experienced by students one time amnesty has been granted now, to the students and all pending cases of transfer/termination of articles as on 11th july are being cleared"...

So, whosoever got registered before 27th july is allowed to get transfer

Institute is granting the Permission to transfer of articles after july  if you have Genuine reasons like

1. Parents transfer

2. Any medical reasons.

3. Stipend not getting or getting irregularly, ETC.

But institute gives the permission only one time during the article Period...
