| Transfer of Articles In partial modification of Announcement dated 15th April, 2009, it is hereby notified for information of all concerned, having regard to the transitional difficulties expressed by Members and Student in the matter of transfer of articles, that Form 109 [relating to transfer / termination of articles] complete in all respect, effecting the date of transfer / termination of articleship on or before 15th May, 2009 and received in the Institute within 30 days from the date of transfer / termination of articleship will be processed as per the norms in place prior to the publication of the Announcement dated 27th March, 2009. It is hereby clarified that no further extension will be granted nor any request for condonation for delay in submission of Form 109 will be entertained under any circumstances.
