Hey friends,
Transfer is allowed now. there is no any notification as such in that regards, but ICAI is allowing transfer now a days without any reason. my 3 friends have taken transfer recently without any proper ground.

hey guys... even i heard that institute is considering loosening of transfer conditions..
transfer wont be as difficult as before..
but untill unless institute says something on its website.. anybody's post cannot be blindly relied upon...!!
Shammi's three friends might have got their transfer done with influence.. who knows..!!

Ya I heard the same
But can any 1 tell me tht if i apply for transfer and the same is taken 2 month or 1 month time to transfer thn will my 1 and 2 months articleship period will be considered as leave?
I m asking becoz my fianl exam is due on may 2011 and my articleship will end on feb so i dont want to take any kind of risk.....
I thnk u understandng what i m trying to say.........

Hi Friends,
They have applied for transfer on ground of work exposure, and fraudulent behaviour by theit principal..
but earlier icai was not ready to consider their appeal. but some days ago they called them with form 109 and approved their transfer without any explanation.
believe me or not... it's totally up to you... but the info. provided here is 100% correct... further i dont want to justify my post anymore...
