Transfer after 1yr of articleship
hey friend,
I completed one year articleship in my firm, but now i want transfer from here.
What is the procedure and conditions to fulfill it?

u can't take free transfer..,u can take only on few cases like medical, family relocation etc by and with permission of your principal
You can take Termination by obtaining the Prior Approval from ICAI. But it should be after sattisifaction of certain conditions
After that you need to submit in Form.109 for Transfer/Termination of your Articleship
