Hello,

One of my friends registered in Mumbai.His Articleship is running in Mumbai.His Family belongs from Rajasthan.he has completed 1.and half year articleship.now he want to transfer it to rajasthan in any other firm. can he??? if yes wat is the process??

He has to fill Form No. 109 for transfer of Articleship and and also fresh Form No. 102 and 103 shall be filled with the new CA under whom he will be doing articleship.
