Now I want to form a LLP. Can I use the same VAT / TIN number for the LLp or I need to apply for a new number?

VAT registration can be cancelled in case of change of business constitution. Hence I think you need to register newly as LLP.

Yes, Mr.Sumeet you need to apply new TIN also PAN.
