sir we have closing stock as on APPX.40 Lacs gst applicable 18 and 28 per what is the calculation process . on this stock we have proper bill which excise amt. and CST amt. mention on this inv.

you can claim excise amount as cgst claim

The last date of filing FORM GST TRAN – 1 has been extended to November 30, 2017 along with revision facility.
