sir , if a person has closing stock through inter state purchase , can he claim the ITC of the stocks for 2% he has paid on such stock held through tran 1 and if yes, which column no should be filled in tran 1..

We can't use the CST paided tax/ITC. In case it's ED bills then you can avail ED inputs...
