Can i claim Notional Tax Benefit as per GST Act on my closing stock.

CAN YOU ELABORATE WHAT IS MENT BY NOTIONAL TAX BENEFIT?
Notional Tax Benefit means 40% or 60% of CGST refund when we sold such Closeing Stock
