Sir can u plz tell me that a person who is not willing to to take any input credit because he has a business of handloom clothes is required to file TRANS-1 and TRANS-2??

first u have to take a GST number then after that u will require to file gstr 1 or 2 ... otherwise u opt a composite scheme then u file a return gstr4 quarter
