Tranfer of Articleship within 1st year of commencement

What is the procedure, and in the letter , do we have to mention any specific reasons for transfer??

YOU WILL HAVE TO WRITE SIMPLE LETTER FOR THE TRANSFFER TO THE INSTITUTE

NO........for taking transfer in the first year of articleship ,does not require any letter..the above announcement was for 2nd year transfer.if u have more query regarding this u can ask to " e sahayata" on icai web site.

u need to submit form 109 with consent letter from ur old pricipal i.e termination of articleship in that firm.

Yes you can take transfer without any restriction. Regulation  56(1) of chartered accountants will not be applicable on you. more detail can be obtained on E-sahayata on ICAI website.

ICAI approval should be taken before signing the form.
