TRAN1 system failure

Hey everyone
I am unable to file tran 1 has it is showing system error.Because of this I am even unable to file GSTR 3B.any solution? I also wanted to know whether penalty will be levied even though it is submitted and liability is discharged

Just open that window for 1-2 minutes your problem get solved automatically.
