TRAN in GST was introduced for those people who have to take VAT refund in initial months of GST introduction.
They can fill TRAN form and take refund but have to supply goods on which they have claimed refund in discount.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
