TRAN 2 if don't have any evidence(invoice) of payment of tax under old regime...

actually i am having VAT Invoice. whether on that basis can i file tran 1... as per my understanding, tran 2 is the monthly outward supply to be intimated to govt on monthly basis over next 6 months

Trans 1, Not Tran2. Tran 2 is Outward. You need to file Tran 1 in 7 Section.
