Tran 1 Excise Duty Credit on Capital Goods
As in my case the tran 1 had been filed in time, but the column of excise duty credit being left to be filled. Now what is remedy and procedure to claim the same ? If I could choose the option of filing online appeal ? My business was not registered under the excise act before the appointed date and the date of purchase of Capital Goods is 18/12/2016. Please suggest the effective solution.
