who is file tran 1and 2 form and who is applicable and where /which is shwon vat refund of 30 june c/f.

trans1 applicable normal dealers who registered under any of previous indirect laws like service tax or vat
trans 2 applicable who not registered under any existing indirect tax but registered under GST
if u have June month vat c/f u can file it under trans 5c section where u need to mention last month it under vat
