While filing TRAN 1 Dealer has availed Duty credit in respect of Stock more than 1 year old. He decided to just park credit he will not utilise till assessment under GST law.
Now whether GSTR3B will allow dealer to hold bal in credit ledger and offset liab ag amt paid ag liability in cash ledger?

Yes, while filling GSTR-3B you can pay the tax liabilities by cash ledger, your credit ledger balance will be carry forward to utilise it later on.
