Yes. Some time OTP can't generated. It's system's error. So, we can wait for overload or error solving....

sir i avialed excess credit in GST Tran 1, I want to revise the tran 1 filed is this possiblle please share to me . If i used that amount as input from ITC any penalty will be on me please tell me sir

Actually latest notification by CBEC. The TRAN form can't revised.
But, before notification some experts and CCI portal's friends and participants says, they are revised the TRAN 1...

So, you can try to revise your file. I think revision option ll be available on or before 28th September....
So, try and post here the availability....
